Ask any client what they value in an agency and people always come first. At Epik we care. After all, you can change the processes, you can change the work, but you can’t change the people. Epik people have an infectious positivity. We’re ‘people’ people. We work hard but we don’t make it feel like hard work. Working with us is serious fun: meaning it’s serious but it’s also fun. Henry Ford is supposed to have said, “You can have any colour you want as long as it’s black.” That’s not the Epik way. We prefer to produce a range of options, all of which nail your brief and open your mind to different possibilities. We work hard but we’re not so arrogant as to assume we always know the right answer. We’re collaborative where others are precious, flexible where others are hidebound, and keen to leave you spoilt for choice not lost for words. We’re grown-ups, take feedback constructively, and always come back with ideas that surprise and delight.

In business, trust is the most valuable commodity. And at Epik we take our promises seriously. If we agree a time, we make it. No last-minute requests asking to push the meeting back a little, no excuses, no disappointment. It’s our job to make sure you always look your best, and you don’t look good if we deliver late. That’s why we prize punctuality and treat timing plans like gospel. If we say we’ll be there, we stake our reputation on being there. It’s called a deadline for a reason.

Saying yes is easy. But sometimes it’s not in our clients’ best interests if we don’t interrogate a potential solution. That’s why we bring the spirit of healthy debate to our problem-solving. Have we looked at it from every angle? Is our sales pitch compelling to customers? How does it stack up against the competition? And most importantly, is it the best we can do? This isn’t about being difficult or slowing things down, but due diligence to ensure the results are strong every time.
