The brief

As a global authority on workplace experience measurement, Leesman sits on one of the world’s most valuable workplace datasets. As product and reputation grew, the digital experience needed to keep pace, making complex insight easier to access and use.

Our approach

We worked alongside the Leesman team to restructure the experience from the ground up, simplifying navigation, clarifying user journeys, and organising content around how people actually use the platform.

The focus was on making complex research, products, and thought leadership easy to find and understand, creating a clearer, more intuitive experience.

Epik then built the site, translating the design into a robust, scalable platform.

Following launch, we led the response to independent penetration testing, implementing the required fixes to ensure the platform met strict security, legal and compliance standards.
