Coyote Software has been a long-term project, beginning when Epik’s founder was a co-founder of the business and responsible for sales and marketing.
The brief
From the outset, the objective was to establish a clear and credible market presence for a new SaaS platform serving acquisitions and asset management teams within commercial real estate.
The challenge was to communicate a complex product in a simple and compelling way while supporting the company’s early sales and growth.

Working from inside the business, we shaped the company’s early positioning, messaging and sales narrative, helping define how the platform should be presented to prospective clients.
Alongside this, we developed the brand and marketing materials needed to support commercial conversations, including the company’s website and a range of brochures and sales collateral.
After the launch of Epik, the relationship continued with Epik supporting the ongoing development of the company’s brand, website and marketing materials as the business grew.
