The brief
Develop early-stage brand thinking and digital prototypes to explore new service concepts within the petcare ecosystem.
The objective was to translate strategic ideas into tangible experiences that could be tested with real users.
Our approach
Working closely with the innovation team, we helped shape the brand narrative and positioning around the emerging proposition.
We then designed a series of landing pages and website prototypes that brought the concept to life. These prototypes were used as part of a structured testing programme, allowing different propositions, bundles and messages to be evaluated with potential customers.
The work supported a wider experimentation framework that included advertising tests, landing page funnels and user surveys, helping the team understand which ideas resonated most strongly with pet owners.
Outcome
The result was a set of clear brand directions and digital prototypes that enabled Mars Petcare to test new concepts rapidly, gather real-world feedback and inform the next stage of product development.
